商品退換貨政策
1. 請妥善保留您的發票, 如無發票正本我們將無法為您辦理任何【退、換貨】事宜。
2. 「7+1日鑑賞期」非試用期, 7+1日內若造成商品損傷, 恕無法接受退換貨。 基於衛生安全原則, 一但拆封即無法退貨, 超過7+1天鑑賞期, 恕無法退換貨。
3. 天災或斷貨, 無法出貨, 客服將在48小時內與您聯絡退款換貨事宜。
4. 商品誤發與新品瑕疵, 如非人為損毀取貨後2天內, 須先與客服登記後, 於7天內回傳圖片至客服信箱與將商品寄回, 收到瑕疵商品後將以新商品與運費一併寄還。
5. 更換商品與尺寸不合, 如有上述需求且原商品無任何損毀, 請於收到貨後2天內, 須先與客服登記後, 將商品與您的詳細地址和聯絡電話寄回, 運費NT60請連同商品、附贈贈品、包裝一併寄回(郵寄費用需自行吸收)恕不接受其他方式。
6. 原商品無任何損毀外包裝條碼等需完整, 如有任何一項不符恕不退貨。須先與客服登記後, 將商品與您的詳細地址和聯絡電話寄回, 收到商品檢查確認過後將於7個工作天內退回款項。

l Please keep your invoice properly.
Ifthere is no original invoice, we will not be able to handle any returnor exchange matters for you.
l The 7+1 day cooling-off period is not a trial period.If the product is damaged within 7+1 days, no return or exchange will beaccepted. Based on the principle of hygiene and safety, once the package isopened, the product cannot be returned, and the product cannot be returned orexchanged after the 7+1 day cooling-off period.
l When encounter the below situation such as natural disasters, out ofstock, unable to ship, our customer service department will contact you within48 hours for the refund and replacement.
l The incorrect good delivery and product defects which are notman-made damages, please contact first with our customer service departmentwithin 2 days after receiving the goods. After contacting, please send theproduct picture to the email of our customer service department and return theproduct within 7 days. After we receive and confirm the defective product, wewill send you back the new product and return the shipping fee as well.
l If you need to replace the product or sizes, please check there isno man-made damage and contact with our customer service department within 2days after receiving the product. Please send the product back with
