1. 請妥善保留您的發票, 如無發票正本我們將無法為您辦理任何【退、換貨】事宜。
2. 「7+1日鑑賞期」非試用期, 7+1日內若造成商品損傷, 恕無法接受退換貨。 基於衛生安全原則, 一但拆封即無法退貨, 超過7+1天鑑賞期, 恕無法退換貨。
3. 天災或斷貨, 無法出貨, 客服將在48小時內與您聯絡退款換貨事宜。
4. 商品誤發與新品瑕疵, 如非人為損毀取貨後2天內, 須先與客服登記後, 於7天內回傳圖片至客服信箱與將商品寄回, 收到瑕疵商品後將以新商品與運費一併寄還。
5. 更換商品與尺寸不合, 如有上述需求且原商品無任何損毀, 請於收到貨後2天內, 須先與客服登記後, 將商品與您的詳細地址和聯絡電話寄回, 運費NT60請連同商品、附贈贈品、包裝一併寄回(郵寄費用需自行吸收)恕不接受其他方式。
6. 原商品無任何損毀外包裝條碼等需完整, 如有任何一項不符恕不退貨。須先與客服登記後, 將商品與您的詳細地址和聯絡電話寄回, 收到商品檢查確認過後將於7個工作天內退回款項。
