Q1: How can I use “NTU Package”?

A: Please provide a copy of your NTU AdmissionCertificate or Acceptance Letter for confirmation.

 

Q2: If I want to find a suitable apartment, when should I make the rental service appointment?

A: For quality service, we strongly recommendyou to make your appointment 1months prior to projected move in date and 2 weeks prior is the minimum time.The day you decide to move is the day we should start.


Q3: What’s the difference between LIT & a rental agent?

Q4: How canLIT team find the rightapartment for me?

A:We will arrange a meeting (30-40 minutes)to understandyour demands,preference, budget range & time schedule beforesearching for your apartment,and share our local experience and suggestions. When we come to an agreement,the search is kicked off right away! The more we understandyour likes and dislikes,the betterchance we have of finding an apartment for you. The best listings are usually picked upwithin 72 hours, which is why we need to work closely!

 

Q5: Will you provide yourown listings or should I find themby myself on 591?

A:Both. We will show you how to search listing on 591, and we also search fromany rental groups in Taiwan for you, we usually provide you with maximum 10 listings for you to select.Of course,if there is a listing that catches your eye, we encourage you to share it withus.

 

Q6: Will you arrangea viewing if I’m interested in one of the listings?

A:Yes, we will contact thelandlord /agent for a viewing ifthe listingis still available. Of course, we will be there with you or arrangeonline viewing for you to ensure all of your questions get answered.

 

Q7: What doI do when I find an apartment I like ?

A: We will lead you through the wholeprocess, and make a clear explanation during the orientation.

 

Q8: Will you help review the rental contract?

A:Yes, we will help review the rental contract and explain each part before you sign. We’ll also be with you when you sign the contract.

 

Q9: What is anAgent Fee?

A:If the listing is posted by a Rental Agent, it means the landlord only rents through an agent. In that case, the tenant would beexpected to pay an additional fee, usually half-month of the rent.

 

Q10: You seem like a great company! Is there a way I can get moreinvolved or learn more about what you are doing?
